House Rules

CHECK-IN

It is possible to check-in from 15:00. Upon arrival, guests will present their identity documents as required by italian regulations.

CITY TAX

At check-in the tourist tax of € 1.50 per guest is paid for each night.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am. On departure you are required to leave the apartment in order and the fridge empty. At check-out you will hand over the keys to the host; alternatively, you can leave the keys in the safe outside the house.

KEYS OF THE HOUSE

A set of keys will be handed over. If these are lost, a penalty of € 100.00 will be required for the replacement of the lock.

ACCESS TO OTHER GUESTS

Only guests who have booked and are registered can access the house.

SILENCE AND GOOD NEIGHBOURLINESS

The silence must be respected between 14:00 and 16:00

HOUSE CLEANING

The apartment is cleaned and disinfected before guests arrive. There are no intermediate cleanings. Anything you want cleaning during your stay will be required an amount of 30€.

TOWELS AND LINEN

At the beginning of the holiday you will find a kit consisting of bath towel, face and guest per person. It is possible to use the washing machine for washing the same.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT

How the Structure

ELECTRIC CURRENT

The electric current is activated by inserting the small key in the deck, in the selector installed next to the refrigerator and rotating to position 1. When you leave the house, take out the key. By entraling it, the fridge and modem remain active.

AIR CONDITIONING

The house is equipped with air conditioning. The remote control is located on the shelf near the fridge. Please only use air conditioning when you are at home with doors and windows closed and set the temperature between 20 and 25 degrees.

HOB

The hob is induction and only works with the supplied pots and pans. The hob does not start if the pots are empty, do not use abrasive sponges to clean it.

WASTE

Plastic, paper, glass, aluminum, wet and undifferentiated must be collected in the appropriate containers located in the dressing room and placed outside the apartment according to the calendar of the collection posted in the kitchen.

WASHING MACHINE

The washing machine is located in the bathroom. Choose the program and insert the detergent into the appropriate tray and press “start”. Washed cloths can be laid out to dry in the drying rack in the dressing room or outside the house where there are cables for laying out.

MICROWAVE

The microwave is located in the kitchen, it works by selecting the chosen option and pressing the start button. Please do not insert metal objects.

OTHER AMENITIES OF THE HOUSE

The house is equipped with a working nespresso coffee machine with capsules. You will also find an electric kettle, and a dehumidifier.
